Off-Season Training Opportunities Are Here!
As we head into the winter months, many of our players are eager to keep developing their baseball skills ahead of next season. We’re excited to offer off-season training sessions for any players interested in improving their strength, conditioning, and technical skills.
These sessions are completely optional, but they’re a great way for players to stay active, build confidence, and sharpen their fundamentals. Whether your child wants to work on hitting, pitching, or fielding, this program provides valuable skill-building opportunities in a supportive environment.
Program Details:Location: Dundas Valley Secondary School – East Gym
Day & Time: Sundays at 5:30PM, starting January 11, 2026 (until April 19, 2026)
Cost: $225
Ages: 5–12 years (open skills session for all age groups)
