Information on the All-Star Program:

Dundas Little League is proud to offer an All-Star program that focuses on a more competitive level of play. These All-Star teams are made up of players selected through a tryout process, that anyone can attend, as long as they are registered in our House League program.

As per Little League Canada rules, tryouts cannot begin until May 2024. There must be at least 3 tryouts per team to determine which players will be chosen.

These teams will enter tournaments throughout the season to play other All-Star teams from other leagues. Typically these teams will enter 3-4 tournaments each year, including one that we will be host in Dundas. There will be an added cost for players asked to play on these All-Star teams, to help pay for tournament fees, uniforms and registrations. Coaches will advise you of the cost to play before the tryouts begin.

As a note for parents, there is a volunteer component associated with being on one of the All-Star teams:

Dundas Little Leagues hosts 3 tournaments throughout the summer, one in each of the divisions. These tournaments are run by the parents of the All-Star teams with assistance from members of the Dundas Little League Board and Executive. Parents whose players are successful in earning a spot on one of the Dundas Tigers All-Star teams are required to volunteer to help run the tournaments that Dundas Little League hosts.
