This is a message from our Safety Officer:

As the safety officer for our upcoming Little League season, my mission is to blend fun, sportsmanship, and safety into a winning recipe for our young athletes. We're gearing up for a season packed with laughter, camaraderie, and the thrill of the game, but safety remains our top priority. Let's keep the spirit of good sportsmanship alive—encouraging cheers and high-fives, win or lose. And to our ever-supportive bystanders, it's crucial to remember these are children out here, giving their all. So, let's keep the sidelines buzzing with positive vibes, reminding everyone that, at the end of the day, it's just a game—a game where our little stars learn, grow, and most importantly, have a blast!

The focus of the Dundas Little League Safety Officer is on both education and awareness in order to provide a safe environment for players, volunteers, and families. We encourage conversation on any topic by contacting the Safety Officer through email.

All Dundas Little League volunteers complete a Volunteer Application 2024_volunteer_application and are required to submit a completed Vulnerable Sector Check through Hamilton Police Services. The cost of this will be reimbursed to you.

Rowan’s Law ensures prevention, identification, and management of concussions. Concussion safety is an important part of Dundas Little League’s planning. Coaches, families, and players will review and commit to the Concussion Code of Conduct. We also work with The Health Centre Integrative Therapies in Dundas for education and testing

We look forward to a great 2024 season!
