The bats and gloves may be tucked away for the winter, but the competitive spirit of the Dundas Minor Black All-Stars is as bright as ever. In a fantastic display of community sportsmanship, our All-Stars recently traded the diamond for the gym floor to face off against the Flamborough Flyers Indoor Hockey organization.
It was a matchup that proved athleticism knows no season. While the game was fast-paced and highly competitive, the primary focus was on fun and camaraderie. The Minor Black team brought their trademark hustle to the floor, holding their own against the seasoned Flyers in a game that kept spectators on the edge of their seats.
Most importantly, the event was a masterclass in good sportsmanship. Both teams played with heart, respect, and plenty of smiles, proving that whether it’s a home run or a goal, the best part of the game is the community we build together.
